Added by Hog PatrolWow, took my recently purchased used 453 fluted .17 to the range with nine different brands of ammo. With a Sightron scope set on 14X, shot three eighths groups at 100 yds. Incredible accuracy for a production gun with factory ammo. Still can't believe it. CZ, don't change anything. -

Added by Skinner730Just picked up my new CZ 453 in 22LR for some serious squirrel hunting. Mounted a new Nikon ProStaff 4X rimfire scope on it and off to the range. WOW! This gun shoots. I have never seen such tight, consistent groups at 25 and 50 yards. Quarter will cover 90% of all of them, some a dime. Can't wait to hit the woods here in Ohio. My compliments on one fine gun. JMS

The trigger is adjustable for weight, and the safety is located above the rear of the bolt and provides a positive firing pin block. Single shot adapters, 5 rd magazines and 10 rd magazines are available for this line of rimfire rifles.
